Timing is everything! A beach gal at heart whose perfect day includes her feet in the sand with palm trees as her backdrop, Molly was in the process of making a move to Jacksonville Beach, Florida when we honed in on her skill set that matched our exact needs. Quick to know a good thing when we see it, we quickly realized our Digital Project Lead was right in front of us, and (cue Red Thinking’s Ubiquitous work environment) were able to bring her to our team while simultaneously applauding said move (beach retreat, anyone?).
After 5+ years with Stanley Martin Homes as their digital ring leader, Molly’s solution-driven ways allow her to break down and articulate complex digital issues to different agency and non-agency audiences. From her analytical understanding of what makes a great SEM strategy, her detailed thought leadership when it comes to crafting the very best email or online marketing campaign and a genuine interest in paying attention to digital trends and reporting, Molly’s talent will surely impress.
While digital projects are typically fun, captivating and designed for creative impact, Molly is here to make sure they are also absolutely effective and give our clients their ROI. Molly interfaces with various Red Thinkers to move digital projects through on behalf of our clients. She also manages client interaction to ensure our strategies are aligned with their expectations. A graduate of Radford University and originally hailing from small-town Galax, VA, the very active Molly can be found surfing, out for a good run, headed to a spin class or experimenting in the kitchen with healthy new recipes. Oh, and she’s never met a taco she didn’t like.
