Caroline started as a Social Media Intern at Red Thinking in March of 2021, while she was a Junior in college at James Madison University. Through her internship experience, Caroline had the opportunity to see first-hand how much research and strategy guides the day-to-day implementation of organic social media management across various channels and platforms. In her time as an intern, Caroline was able to seamlessly take sharp strategy to thoughtful execution while gaining experience in the digital marketing industry making her a natural fit within Team Red Thinking. After her year-long internship, Caroline formally joined the Red Thinking team as a full-time Marketing Coordinator in June of 2022, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her!

Caroline consistently executes with clear focus and unrelenting drive, likely a result of her extensive, high-level experience in competitive archery, which she started at the age of 13. She competed as a part of both Team USA and the James Madison University Archery Team. Caroline traveled the world shooting in both national and international events, earning herself the titles of National Champion, Collegiate All-American, and World Cup Medalist!

Outside of work you can find Caroline with her nose in a book or a barbell on her back. She decompresses through weight lifting and uses reading to relax. Of course, even her relaxation strategies are goal oriented –  she has a life goal to read at least 26 books per year!
