With a background in media design and strategy, Charlotte brings top-tier initiative, reliability, and a ready-to-learn attitude to everything she does. Highly organized and thoughtful, Charlotte is a self-starter who takes pride in both her work and her creative problem-solving, always eager to anticipate and meet client needs.

Outside of work, Charlotte loves spending time with family and friends and is always on the move, exploring new places across Virginia with her family dog, Wally. An avid baker and cook, she enjoys trying new recipes and perfecting family favorites like her Gammy’s chicken, carbonara, and cakes in every flavor, from lemon and carrot to chocolate and spice.
