After working with MRP Realty on their boutique apartment building, Coda on H, they knew the Coda brand would be the perfect fit for their newest boutique apartment building at Bryant Street in Northeast, D.C.
The Coda brand was originally developed specifically for one location. With the addition of the Bryant Street building, we worked with MRP to determine what aspects of the brand would be the foundation for all future Codas and where we had the opportunity to customize.

We started with the logo and color palette, evolving it from the original Coda on H.
From there, we explored various design elements to further define the Bryant Street brand through their landing page, custom website, digital banners, building signage and outreach marketing collateral.
Last, but certainly not least, we’ve established their online presence and personality through organic and paid social media management.
Red Thinking was able to successfully grow the Coda brand (psst… and we’re now working on a third property!) as well as support MRP and Bozzuto in their lease up while they navigate the effects COVID has had on the residential industry.
