Director of Account Services
Lauren McCullough
If you’re looking for a proven leader in marketing and communications strategy, you’d want a PR News’ Top Woman in PR on your side, right? That’s exactly why we have Lauren McCullough on our team. Lauren has over twelve years of experience in marketing, communications, and account services under her belt, and she’s a skilled and strategic leader, whether she’s managing a team of account executives or driving top-tier client service. She’s a savvy, ambitious professional who clients gravitate towards for her positive attitude, ability to build relationships and consistently exceed expectations, and her get-it-done hustle.
Lauren leads teams with a focus on building strong relationships while developing and implementing results-driven strategies. She has a keen skill for approaching her client work with both a calming confidence and an analytical eye that puts data and market trends behind every decision. Her goal is to foster an energetic environment across teams while also keep everyone’s eye on the prize — growth. She goes into every client interaction with a people first mindset and a talent for problem solving.
When she’s not winning over clients, she’s a proud mama to three kiddos who’s always looking forward to her next trip to OBX. On a normal week, you’ll find her at the ballpark cheering on her son’s travel baseball team or at Target with Starbucks in hand. But, when she gets a weekend away, she’ll be on the beach with a book in hand or cheering on her favorite teams — Virginia Tech and Auburn.
