Federal Realty partnered with Red Thinking based on the two companies’ shared commitment to holistic, integrated approaches to every project. Particularly with a new community as multi-faceted as Pike & Rose, strategy and style had to be built on the paramount respect for stakeholders’ interests and the day-to-day motivations of prospective residents, tenants, leaseholders, visitors — and the observations of the general public. Work included a new website, property signage, social media marketing, email marketing, swag, etc. To show how the Pike & Rose lifestyle is constantly unfolding, Red Thinking continually develops new versions of the iconic ampersand in the Pike & Rose name to represent different events and seasons. The “&” has taken on a life of its own, in stylizations that are ever more eclectic and fun.
